We had an incredible experience working with Jay as our realtor. We closed on our home on December 15, 2025, and couldn’t be happier. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Jay provided invaluable advice and professional knowledge that helped us make a confident, well-informed decision. He managed to get us a great house at an excellent price. What stood out most was his professionalism and his availability—he truly went above and beyond with personal contact and was always there when we needed him. It's hard to adequately put down in words the positive experience we had in choosing Jay to help us facilitate our house purchase in Spruce Grove.  I sit here trying to write the appropriate words but nothing comes to mind.  I only have feelings.  I have always felt protected, safe, comfortable and educated every time we dealt with Jay and his team.  He had only our interests in mind. His probing questions were just about what we wanted in a house and our budget.  Simple questions, but we couldn't really even answer those questions!  We didn't even know what we wanted as it was all happening so fast. Jay educated us and showed us the comforts and features he knew we'd be happy with.  He was spot on every time.  When we "found" Jay, we thought he was based in Stony Plain.  He did not accept our apology when we felt bad about making him drive and drive some more to show us properties.  We even did a zoom call for a viewing.  During the whole process he recommended tradespeople to us for work we wanted done on the house.  He even met said tradespeople at the home when we couldn't be there and before we could move in.  He did the walk through for us and treated us to a home clean!  Jay also set up appointments with Gem Cabinets. The home we bought was an original Alquinn Home and they use Gem Cabinets.  We wanted some adjustments made to the existing set up and now the new cabinet matches the existing kitchen!  We'd never have found wood and paint to match had we done this on our own.  Continuing on with my feelings, safe, I felt safe and relieved to know Jay's assistant Sarah, was also just a text away.  She facilitated the forwarding of documents to our lawyer in record time.  Jay even fielded a call from our lawyer when the law office couldn't reach us.  All in all I feel relieved. I am relieved the process of buying a new family home in a city went as smooth as it went and can only thank Jay and his team for helping us.  Not looking to move again for a few years, but when we do Jay will be top of mind to sell this house, if he'll have us!

We were first time home buyers, and I was terrified after hearing horror stories of realtors just trying to make their commission, and not caring at all about what mess they were selling to clients. The first time we met Jay I told him my fears etc, and let me tell you he instantly made me feel better especially after the first house we looked at. Jay took the time at every single house we looked at to tell us the issues he could see, the upcoming potential issues, about costs of fixing issues, etc. He was always upfront with the good, bad, and the really bad! There was never a lag in communication, and he answered every single question I had (there was alot) each and every time. When we finally found our house Jay was on top of everything, and got our deal done asap. It's been a year and a half in our home, and we have zero complaints. If we ever decide to sell, or buy again Jay will 100% be the realtor we choose over and over. I could never thank him enough for making what should have been an absolute stressful situation an easy one. He also had to deal with my Mom and her 1000 questions when she was out visiting when we had our inspection, so kudos to him for not dropping us as clients after that 😂
